Terrible instillation!! Would not recommend. James the manager eventually came out. Very boisterous and over talks you. He even tried to argue what my name was, he kept calling me wrong name and he said that's what I told him! Lol He did agree it was terrible, but no compensation.He then states well the garage is old, which it's not but like it's an excuse to do a butchery job. What does that have to do with anything anyway, should still be a professional job! Gave me a quote but refused to give seniors discount told me it was already discounted and therefore not seniors discount. Never told me quote was a discount! Said payment on hold till job done but was put through 3 weeks before instullation. No paper work to prove warranty. I've
called the business number several times to email me a copy, never done.
