My furnace broke down and i could not even use AC in hot summer days. I got quote from various companies and Technicians but found "Furnace AC Solutions" to be the most reasonably priced and reliable company with best warranty packages. The HVAC system for the store stopped working so we called Furnace AC Solutions to come take a look. The procedures set by our property management isn't the easiest to deal with but they were able to patiently sort it out and get access to the roof. The issue was diagnosed quickly and they performed the necessary repairs. They offered to take a look at our other HVAC unit and transparently explained the cost. We were back on the ground debriefing within 45 minutes. An overall pleasant experience dealing with them.

Furnace AC Solutions was absolutely amazing.

Our furnace died in January and we called for repair at 11am. They had a repair team onsite by noon. Unfortunately they determined it wasn't worth repairing due to the cost of the parts, which they took the time to show us, and even took the time to research if any of the broken parts where covered under warranty or recall.

When asked if they could replace it the repair team had a sales associate at our house by 2:00pm. After a no pressure sales process we ended up purchasing a new unit, which they had installed by 8:30pm that same day.
