Summer service was a disappointment for my two properties. Grass was cut uneven and gardens were never weeded as per the agreement. Lack of communication and didn't show up on scheduled days. Sent 'special deals' then forgot I paid and didn't show up and refused a refund. Payment was 1st of each month, but always asked to pay well before required. You'll be disappointed if you hire Dan.
