Rashid is so wonderful. So kind! His staff are great too. Rashid went out of the way for me. I do not drive. He picked up the parts for me three times. One time, he picked up a part with fours hours notice and had the staff member give it to me. I really bothered him, I am afraid. I called him like ten times on one day about changing my mind and, I must tell you, I thought I was going to get attitude. But no! Rashid was so understanding! Quality of work was excellent! Very timely too. Punctual as well. Friendly staff.

There was one time where I thought there was a mistake. I told Rashid. He was very sympathetic. I thought it was nothing. Rashid was on his staff member. I finally realized it was me who made the mistake. It just goes to show the level of unity there is with him and his staff.

I actually got Rashid and the staff member gifts for being that awesome.

I have another project lined up for him. I am so excited. I know the project will be done not just smoothly, but with warmth and genuine care.

Ask yourself...How often can one find SAME DAY SERVICE? Rashid called at 8:30 am and my fan was wired and installed that afternoon. He was patient, polite and very knowledgeable. In fact, together we disassembled the fan a few times until we discovered the error of our ways. Rashid is an EXCELLENT problem solver, and would not quit until the job was done to his high standard of satisfaction and quality control. I definitely will call him again when I renovate my entire kitchen. He inspired confidence. 15 ****** out of 10. Thanks again Rashid!!
