Initially we had ONC service our door. John was helpful and answered all my questions during the service visit even though we never purchased the door from ONC.

Then, after having issues with our opener (the original from when we purchased the house), we had ONC install a new opener and redo the aluminum capping outside the door. John went above and beyond by removing the sensors from the tracks so they wouldn't move. And the capping looks so much better than what we originally had done by a previous company.

Cable on our garage door broke on a Sunday. Emailed ONC, they replied straight back and we booked an appointment for the next day (Monday). John was on time for the appointment and immediately got to work. With some minor additions like brackets, rollers and drums everything was fixed within the hour. John was professional, courteous and friendly. I would recommend ONC to anyone and will use them again should the need arise.

Our garage door wouldn't open. We checked reviews and called ONC on a Saturday night. We spoke to Katie, who was very helpful and she set-up an appointment for us on the following Monday morning. John arrived on schedule and quickly knew what was wrong. He spoke to us in a professional manner and told us what was needed to be repaired and what was fine.
