Initially we had ONC service our door. John was helpful and answered all my questions during the service visit even though we never purchased the door from ONC. Then, after having issues with our opener (the original from when we purchased the house), we had ONC install a new opener and redo the aluminum capping outside the door. John went above and beyond by removing the sensors from the tracks so they wouldn't move. And the capping looks so much better than what we originally had done by a previous company. I'd highly recommend.

Miro, Chris, Steve and the rest of the crew were great. The craftsmanship and level of detail was top notch. They made suggestions whenever any unexpected issues arose and our neighbour even commented on how much they knew after speaking with them. One thing I’d like to point out for anyone getting a permit in Misssissauga is that you should be prepared to wait and potentially deal with multiple re-submissions. We are really happy with the outcome and have used our back yard more in the past 2 months than we had the previously year.
