We used this company to replace a leaking roof. We signed off on a different color of shingle than I asked for originally because the roofer advised against the one I wanted. Well, after it went up I really didn't like it, I felt it didn't compliment our house well. I tried to get quotes to see what we could do with the exterior colors to help make it look better, which took months. In the end I was told since we did not like the roof color that we had so clearly signed off on, they wouldn't be able to make us happy either way and refused to work with us further. They left the flashing loosened off the shingles. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

The roof was completed to specification with a color shingle chosen by the customers. The customers chose a color different than the original color on the residence. They decided after it was installed that they were not happy with their color choice already installed. The customer then wanted to change the metal flashing to another color other than the existing color painted. The customer told me she was very disappointed in my company, but still wanted to do the metal work or flashing when she decided in the future.There was one piece of flashing that was lifted, but we expected to be replacing or repainting in the near future. The customer also wanted the company to employ a decorator working for them to better help the customer choose the right colors. We provided quotes to do the requested metal flashing work to change the color of the metal trims. The customer had already gone to another company for a comparable quote and I did suggest she might be happier with the other company to service her home. Perhaps the other company has a decorator to help make the color decisions for them. I felt there was no way we could correct their mistake and as a result our great customer service has received this review.
