Royal Bee Landscaping

We hired Royal Bee last summer and were initially very happy we referred 5 other houses in our Area to her. We wanted to hire her for annual services and she agreed. 3 of our trees died withing 4 months and were warranted for a year. When we asked for help replacing she became unresponsive. It is now year and half later and we have dead trees, the landscaping is over crowded and we have to remove plants. They make things look nice upon initial planting but they do no planning on how things will look with the plans grow. Very unprofessional and unresponsive. With the price tag we paid i would have expected some help after the fact.
