Brad did a quality and efficient job renovating our deck . He did some wood work, fixed the gate and painted the deck and sides at affordable price. He choosed good quality paint and cleaned up well. We would recommend him again.

Brad closed up a wall (vapor barrier, drywall) and then brought all of the finishings, including some tough to match cork flooring, back to their original state.

Brad provided us with a detailed quote that he stuck to, he consulted us throughout the project on various decisions/options, left the room clean each day when he left, completed the job on time and the finished product is as good as new - you can't even tell that any sort of repair has been done to the basement!

We had a leak under our sink which resulted in damage to our basement drywall ceiling. Brad came in and did a very professional job fixing. While he was in I pointed out some separate drywall issues we had. Brad investigated, found and fixed two separate leaks from our upstairs bathroom and then corrected these drywall issues. Being a painter he also touched up and painted some marks in our walls! House looks like it had a makeover! Very much appreciated his ability to go above and beyond the original ask.

We hired Brad and Jen to repaint the interior of our house to get it ready to sell. The plan was to have them repaint and then I would use my nights and weekends to do the baseboards and finish off all the projects I've been too busy to complete before selling the house. When they saw the amount of work that needed to be done they asked if they could do all of it for me. They repainted the entire house, installed all of the baseboards (fixed my horrible laminate flooring install) replaced a damaged pantry door, tracked down some hard to find/odd sized bi-fold closet doors, completed the work in the partially finished basement (trimmed out the window, baseboards throughout) framed in the plumbing rough-ins and a ceiling allotment for a Ventilation Fan. They even noticed the sidewalk blocks near the front steps were uneven and took it upon themselves to level everything out as well as seal the gaps around the stairs. Finished everything off with a pressure wash on the exterior of the house and it looks brand new. Could not be happier with the work they've done.

Brad Peterson did an excellent job dealing with significant water damage caused by excess humidity affecting the the Interior window trim on almost all the windows , including several large picture windows , in our bungalow . He demonstrated his professional skill in carefully assessing the damage to the existing MDF trim , what caused the problem , as well as providing a comprehensive estimate to remove and replace the trim with hardwood , and paint to match . He carried out the extensive work , involving extensive carpentry as well as detailed painting in a professional , timely and efficient manner . We are very pleased with the excellent results . Brad did an excellent job the baseboards were removed during painting and there is nothing truly square or flat in an older home he replaced them and they look fantastic he remedied any gapping. He also mudded and repainted certain problem areas and touched up paint where the carpet installers had damaged it. His estimates are solid and he is both on time and works efficiently. We would definitely call in brad for future projects.

We needed to get our rental property remodelled, and Brad was able to get the whole apartment painted and the kitchen and bathroom vanity counters replaced in a very short time. Great attention to detail, and he made the place look way better.
