Outstanding workmanship and customer service - We hired the Flooring Brothers to fix issues with our hardwood floor caused by a previous contractor. The Flooring Brothers responded quickly to our inquiry, inspected the issue, and provided a reasonable quote for the work. When performing the work, they discovered issues with the former installation and material not previously visible. Despite these unfortunate surpises, they remained extremely curtious and performed signifcant modifications and customization to produce the best possible outcome for us, the homeowners.
We have dealt with a lot of contractors as part of a major home resonavtion. The Flooring Brothers are in a different league - their quality work is outstanding, and they really focus on the customer, and always act very professionally even when things do not go according to plan.
