I wish all business ran this smoothly. Their sales rep was knowledgeable, easy to work with, communicated well, followed up promptly, and referred all of my technical questions to one of their installers, who gave clear and helpful answers. The work was done quickly. The floors turned out great. They caused no ancillary damage to the property (no scratched walls, that kind of thing). Billing was clear and orderly.

Let me put it this way: I had to get my floors replaced while I was stuck on the other side of the planet on business. It ended up being less work than cancelling my insurance plan with TD. Nothing went wrong. Miraculous.
