A few days ago, we thought we had a bird or a rat in our wall by the laundry room, so we called Ameer for help. He came the same day and looked around, going to our furnace and saying we definitely had a rodent issue based on some droppings that he saw. Keep in mind, we have a dog, and there were no other droppings anywhere else in the house. The cost he gave us on the phone was $350 for two visits, but he changed it to $600 for four visits, since he thought we had a rat infestation problem based on our area and only seeing a few droppings in our furnace. We found out today that it was only lint and dirt. I believe he saw two scared girls and decided to take advantage of us and the situation. He set up four traps to investigate how many rats we had in the house, but not to kill them. He said he will come back to see the findings in four weeks. The next day, I reached out to a friend for a second opinion. We assessed the issue, removed the hose from the dryer, and saw feathers in it, indicating that a bird was there. I reached out to Ameer but never heard back from him. I do not recommend him, and ladies living alone, please be wary of this man.
