Replaced the floordrain and five feet of pipe was done in one day and the job done very cleanly and fast . Walls were protected by plastic and tarps , floor tiles were also saved and were unbroken . Friendly and competent crew very proffesional .Satisfied with the service drain home has provided .

We had main sewer line clog in our basement forcing the water to back up and overflow in the basement shower room. When I called Drain Home Plumbing (actually it was late evening) I was promptly answered by Andy who then came the next day morning with all the necessary tools (there were quite many of them). It took just about half an hour to diagnose the problem and locate the portion of the pipe which was clogged by tree roots (he showed it to me with the inspection camera). He also advised to put flood protection system, consisting of backwater valve and a sump pump, which is currently 80% covered by City of Toronto. The whole work was done in the next two days by Andy himself and the other guy in a very professional manner. Given the amount of work they left the basement clean and even replaced the tiles, which had to be removed to reach the pipe, for free. I recommend the company without hesitation.

Having previously a rather bad experience with plumbing companies it was a long search to find someone to deal with our kitchen sink back up . Saw this guys working on my street digging up some guys driveway decided to call them in for an estimate . Reasonable price was given to replace a cast iron wall pipe in the basement sales person did not push any extra trinkets on me , which was nice . Next day two husky looking workers showed up laid some tarps and i mean really put them everywhere stairs so on . In 4 hours the whole thing was done and cemented . No back up in the kitchen upstairs and 15 year warranty . Happy with the service , will look to this guys for future plumbing needs .

Sewer pipe in our basement had a blockage for a while , after repeated snaking service we decided to deal with the problem . A friend at work recommended we contact this guys since he had a good experience with Drain Home plumbers . We were very happy with our choice the problem was a sunken section of a pipe that had no slope . The service was very professional and the guys answered all our annoying questions . Good company will recommend .

After a long search about a year we have finally desided to solve our annoying basement leaking problem . When ever it would rain we would have small floods in multiple locations in the basement . Drain home provided us with a best quality/price ratio we could find . To our surprice this small company had all the tools to get the job done even compared to the big guys (drain works , rooter something) excavator , jumping jack and the job was done in less then 2 weeks mind you this is 90 feet of outside digging .Overall Andre and his guys left a great impression on us . We would reccomend this company to our friends .
