Bait & Switch - Did not repair dryer

Did not fix dryer issue or hold up to his supposed "one year warranty".
After found a few flags:
A - his company name is 1 letter off his former company
B - he represents his warranty as the former company
C - he stated the labour rates are "the company's standard" no such company exists
