Marty at Guaranteed Services with whom I made arrangements with to order 2 garbage bins was courteous & professional and flexible. He offered to extend the time for us to have the bin (2 extra days) at no additional cost.We didnt need to keep it for longer but really appreciated the flexibility. The person who came to drop off and pick up the bin (I believe his name was Owen) was professional & courteous. He went above & beyond by helping me add a couple of more items to the bin & took a shovel to help gather some debris of garbage. Absolute exceptional service from both of them.
