Rich & his team at Felco Fireplace were absolutely amazing to work with. We live a couple hours from Oakville but couldn't find the fireplace we wanted close to home. We reached out to Felco Fireplace, who carry and install a variety of fireplaces, including the modern styles we were looking for. We dealt with Felco Fireplace completely through email and phone until it was time to install, which was a bit unsettling as we were putting our trust in a company we didn't know. They truly delivered. Communication was fantastic and they offered professional advice throughout the process to make sure we had the fireplace we wanted. They came when they said they would come, and finished the job when they said they would. When the construction around the fireplace was finally complete (months after it was installed) and we were ready to turn the fireplace on, Rich came up from Oakville to make sure everything was running as it should.
