At first Stefano was great, very responsive. But after installing the wrong plumbing fitting (dishwasher wye instead of a washing machine wye), he left for vacation and couldn't send anyone else to rectify the deficiency. He finally scheduled a visit for two weeks later, then cancelled due to a delay in his return flight from vacation, which I completely understand, however, i haven't heard from him in over 2 weeks and had to hire someone else to fix his mistake. I respectfully requested a partial refund but still haven't heard from him after another week. Meanwhile, he knew that we couldn't use the washer due to his deficiency, but still no response/empathy. Very disappointed.

I’m sorry to hear you feel this way about our service. I truly value your feedback and want to address any concerns you have. Unfortunately, I was dealing with phone issues while overseas and couldn’t communicate as promptly as I would have liked.
During our initial visit, we discussed your vision, with a picture you showed me and I believe I delivered exactly what you wanted. If the appliance technician faced challenges, it may not be solely my responsibility. I also recall lending you an expensive tile bit to assist with your renovations, which I was happy to do.
I previously offered a partial refund to help resolve this, but I haven’t heard back. Please let me know how we can make this right for you.
