Our kitchen sink was plugged and I tried a bunch to DIY and couldn't solve it. Called Stefano, he was prompt and professional. Showed up at the time agreed. He quickly cleared the grease clog down the pipe and also found another problem - a wayward plastic utensil. He also fixed a couple of other leaks as well.
