Pro-Tech Curbs

My home has beautiful curbs around the gardens, they are stamped and hand decorated with a double helix and infinity symbols and look amazing, they've been in place for over 10 years now and still look wonnderful.

The other person complaining should have listened more when aftercare was talked about, seems silly to give a company 1 star when they offered to repair it at the owners cost and the owner themselves were at fault. Maybe you are just cheap?

We installed curbs the year after the driveway had been paved. The curbs look great BUT we were not told that we would have to fill in the space between the curb and the driveway when the work was quoted. This was the first issue. In the spring, we had 4 cracks in one section. When the rep came, he indicated that we had been told to install the ashphalt patch and since this hadn't been completed on this one section, the warranty was void. In reviewing the "How to Care for Curbs After Installation" document, there is no mention of having to do this. It does state "if it should crack under normal heaving due to cycling of frost in the first winter we will be glad to come back and patch". Since the "qualifier" that made the warranty void was not in the Care document, the repairs should have been made. Cannot recommend a company that doesn't not stand behind their printed word regardless of the quality of the work.
