Not a good experience with this company - Called in for them to look at my furnace that wasn't starting. Job lasted less than 30 minutes during buiness hours yet they sent an invoice of $82.50 for dispatch fee and another $78.50 for service fee + Part replacement. My office wrote to them to remove the dispatch fee, they replied saying " Our Call out fee is $169.05 for any services" Wow! Definitely would never use this company again. St Albert residents, beware!
