Irenovate deserves much more than a 5 star rating. Out of all the contractors I have dealt with in the past they are hands down THE BEST. Alex always shows up on time, was very easy to get along with, takes pride in his work, always cleaned up the site and didn't leave until everything was finished. I would highly recommend Irenovate and will definitely be calling Alex in the summer when it's time to redo our entire 2nd floor.

I reached out to Alex for building out custom shelving in 6 of our closets. Alex worked with our requirements and budget and made good recommendations. We later reached out to him to replace all doors in our home which he completed perfectly. Since we were first time homeowners, Alex guided us through material selection and explained pros and cons of different options whenever needed.

Alex refinished the basement including reframing, insulation installation, drywall and trim work. He was fantastic to work with because he had a pleasant personality, was very flexible around our timelines, was very tidy while he was working and his cost was very accurate to his quote. This was our first time using Alex and would definitely hire him again.

I needed a ceiling fan installed instead of the light already there. Alex was fast to respond to my email, gave me a great quote and came for the job within days. Very professional and clean work. I would definitely recommend him and will use his service again.

A fantastic job with a complete overhaul of our powder room and mudroom. Work consisted of demo, tiling, planking, trim work, painting, vanity and faucet installation. We were so pleased he came back to install hardwood treads and build shoe cubbies. Thank you Alex!

My husband and I hired Alex to cut a 3 x 4 ft pass through in our kitchen wall to let in more light.

Alex arrived on time each day. He was very professional and friendly. Alex did an excellent job cutting out the wall, moving electrical wires that ran through the walls and applying 3 coats of plaster and sanding. Each day he cleaned up and left the area tidy.

Alex was great to deal with. He does quality work, is on time and communicates often on the progress of the job. We love the entertainment unit he built in our basement, and we love his attention to detail.
