Edward came to repair my dishwasher today. He called ahead to confirm when he would arrive and he was punctual. What I found most refreshing about Edward was his honestly in how to proceed with the repair. He explained clearly what needed to be done and what the next steps should be and when. He has restored my faith honest trades! I'm happy to recommend Edward 100%.
