This company told me a replacement part would be 2 weeks at most. After 3 weeks, I had to call to hear that the part was delayed but still on the way. After 5 weeks when I called to get an update (as I had not heard anything from the company), they told me the part was now discontinued. They blamed the supplier but people from the repair company had already verified the part was available previously. It then took 3 more calls and another 4 weeks to get my original deposit refunded. Worst experience I have ever had with a service in 35 years
