Brick Aid Masonry

I put out a request for quote and received a reply from Phong that same morning and a site visit later that day. His pricing was very competitive and he was able to start within a couple of weeks. I needed tuck pointing done to an area of about a couple of square metres on the chimney and a small area near a back window. The parging repair was a much bigger area (8 to 10 sq metres) and involved a combination of concrete block with no parging and old parging that was cracked, broken and flaking, that needed to be removed and redone.

On the first day the tuck pointing was completed. Phong found and fixed several spots I hadn't noticed myself. On day 2 the parging work was completed. Phong's parging and tuck pointing work is top notch. I've got a pretty critical eye when it comes to this sort of thing and have zero complaints.

Phong also stands behind his work. A couple of days after the job had been completed I noticed a few small cracks in one area of the parging. I texted Phong (it was a Sunday) to let him know and he happened to be close by and came right over to fix it.

There aren't many contractors I would give a 10/10 to, but Brick Aid Masonry certainly deserves it. I would not hesitate to have him back in the future.
