After I broke the filter wrench I went to Homewater and purchased the incorrect size wrench. I ewxplained this and they sent me the correct one no questions asked. Brilliant customer service Thank you

I am very pleased with home water. I havent had any problems with them, when I call to get my filter change doesnt take long.

I called for sending a technician to change the filter. The agent was very helpful and efficient in fixing an appointment to send a technician.

I had difficulty in opening up the cartridge, so the company will send a technician every year to do it for me and the technician will bring a filter as well instead of mailing it. They will charge only $3.95 for this service.
I am very pleased about it and Jay was very he95lpful today.

Very good customer service and a good product. Easy to communicate , the wait times was not very long.

I was having a problem with the under the counter system, I called the customer service and it was truly amazing how attentive they were, asked appropriate questions and helped me troubleshoot. They were also accommodating on scheduling technician based on your schedule.

When I have a concern the customer service personnel makes every effort to address and
resolve my concern.
HomeWater customer service is helpful, friendly and very patient.

Had the whole home system, property management made us go to one tap only. Can't wait till I can get the whole home system reinstalled now it's not on third party billing.

Paying around 17$ a month is pretty cheap, when I had a billing issue they helped correct it and was very friendly, I would recommend this company

There is an issue with the tanks. I got to speak to Mr. Joseph. He was patient, understanding and guided me with the authmost patience towards getting answers. With his help I am hopeful for a speedy resolution.
