So far, your work, for which we hired you (to repair constant dripping in our bathtub) has held up.
However, we are not at all happy with the “replacements” (WHICH WE DID NOT REQEST AND FOR WHICH WE WERE CHARGED) of a Moen chrome trim kit and a Moen posi temp shower valve and faucet. Our former items were in perfect condition and have been replaced, in one case, with a very crude replacement.
We were not used to a fixture that has no pressure or volume control--your replacement has only two volume settings--full blast and off.
Your are not doing your employer any favors by charging for unsolicited parts and labor.
I hope you have not sold our former fixtures as we would like these original fixtures returned.
