Besides the bad workmanship on this project, Florian's total unprofessionalism and his lack of full and complete understanding of City By-Laws was evident and indicative of being misinformed on correct bylaw regulations. Can't trust what comes put of his mouth. His lack of comprehension and inability to reason in a civil manner will be his downfall in his profession. Beware!
