I can only say great things about Robert and Shawn from Alba renovations. I live in a townhouse and my door had been deliberately damaged, Alba had to find the exact door and color to match the old one to comply with the condo board for my townhouse. This took some time but Shawn was in regular communication with me as he received updates on the delivery. Once delivered the installation was quick and the crew was very professional. I really appreciate Shawn’s communication and patience with me. I highly recommend Alba for your renovation needs. The door is perfect now.

Alba renovation has been an absolute nightmare. I have called this company hundreds of times to come and finish the job but no response. I have paid them for the door as it was in the contract but now I can’t get a hold of them. This company is very very unreliable. Make sure you don’t give them a deposit because you may not see them again. I have all invoices to prove it

Robert was very prompt in getting back to me via text, email and phone calls. The new roof was on my parents home and he put my mother at ease by explaining to her all the steps and what his assessment of the roof meant. He actually went up on the roof to assess it which was different than some of the other roofers who quoted on this job.
The crew was in and out in a day and worked until dark as there was rain in the forecast that evening. They did a great clean up of the yard and driveway.

These guys are totally unprofessional and unexperienced. Hire them if you was to damage you home.
My condo management hired them to fix our building room after hail damage. After that, first of all, we started having condensation prolem in atic and dryer not drying clothes. I thought it is something with builder, so, I called builder to check it (as my house was brnad new) they came to check and told that these contractors messed up vent and didn't removed screen from vent outside, so he removed it. Which created condensation in atic. I called condo management, they sent these guys to check their mess, while checking first peoblem they created second one, they damaged my room's celing by steping on it while in atic. They then came to fix vent i thought everything is fine now. But same day dryer stoped drying clothes and I saw lots of steam in dryer. I sent email to this guy robert, he came to see next day and said he didn't see anything wrong on their end ( or may be he didn't want to see or tell). BUT DRYER never dried clothes after that day. Then i had to take risk to go in atic and i found that they dislocated the dryer vent pipe in atic. There was insulation cover on the pipe in which the steam was collecting and created more prolem. It leaked down to bottom floor from dryer exhaust attached in wall.
And finally now they, denied the fact that they dislocated the pipe. Just keep saying that he didn't see any pipe dislocated. In fact he didn't even check that, because when in went up their it was cover with that cotton-like foam insulation.

Well i don't even want them to fix that because i don't want them in my home to create another problme. Not at all. Ridiculous service.

Robert and Shawn gave an estimate and final cost was exactly as estimated. Robert was there when the renovation started and Shawn came during. The work crew were very professional and took pride in their work and the product Robert recommended is excellent. The crew was on time each day and did not leave until they were happy. Rate as 10 out of 10. Completed within five days of initial contact. Every thing done as stated. One word Excellent. Very professional. Work done on time and site cleaned up to before condition. You require 30 words for a review but EXCELLENT typed 30 times would do. Home looks like brand new.

Absolutely amazed by this company! It took less than a week from the first phone call until completion of the job of re-roofing a very done garage. Very brave to climb up there to start with! Robert was very polite and kept us updated throughout the process. Fast, clean, efficient! Fantastic job on the eavestroughs (problematic tree in the way). Thank you very much!

They shingled the roof and advised about options. The job was completed within three days of the call (weather hindered them on one day) and the area was left tidy. They were pleasant to work with.

Alba Renovations was recommended to me by a builder for whom I had previously done work. We booked an appointment with Robert - he was punctual, polite, friendly and very professional. He provided us with a lot of information on the products he would recommend and was very helpful. His quote was competitive and reasonable and he was patient with us in making our final decision. He and his crew were a pleasure to deal with, they were professional and did a great job! They arrived on time, worked hard, late into the day and got the job done in less time than we expected. When replacing the roof vents they noticed that the
dryer vent was plugged. One of the guys took a picture to show us
and cleaned it out before replacing the vent - my wife is very happy
as the dryer now works properly. Clean up was great, the roof and
eavestroughs were blown off and all materials in the yard picked up.
We definitely recommend Robert and his crew for a fair price and a job well done. Thanks again guys.

First they come to change the roof, also to fix master bedroom and renovate master bathroom. After they came to instal a chandelier and fix ceiling. Great job always
