Titan Garage Doors

Our garage door was not closing all the way this morning. I have heard good things about Titan garage door company from my co-worker, so decided to call and try them out. I am so glad I did.
Roi came the same day and fixed the problem.
Our garage door is working very smoothly now.
Very happy with their service. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my friends.

Titan was very quick to respond to my email for a quote.
They came within 3 hours and replaced the broken torsion spring.
Fixed in less than 45 minutes.

The tech communicated what needed to be done and was actually less than the budgetary quote on the phone.

The technician kept me informed of his projected arrival time, due to unexpected delays caused by a traffic problem. Upon arrival, he quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door, showed me what was broken (to prove that his diagnosis was correct), found out what caused it to be broken, and fixed both the cause and what was broken quickly. The price was reasonable.

Eli is an excellent tech. Friendly, knowledgeable and very competent. I highly recommend this company. Eli identified the issue quickly abd was able to resolve the problem. I setup my appt by email and response was quick!

Awesome service from Eli! Arrived on time as per the phone call for ETA. Extremely professional and awesome workmanship. He also helped re-adjust the doors to my satisfaction so that it can be completely flat and flush when fully closed. Tightened up the chain eliminating all slack which occurred over the years.

Also showed where and what to lubricate with specialized door garage lubricant (Can be purchased as Canadian Tire) twice a year for general DYI maintenance.

Quick response, excellent communication, quality work. Titan doors did a fantastic job replacing my broke garage door springs.Moses came out when he said he would, estimated the job and made the repair right away at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.
