Tom and team did a great job installing hardwood flooring and tile on the main level of my house to create a more consistent look throughout. Tom provided a professional and competitive quote - which he delivered with no surprises. Removal of old flooring, installation and clean up done in a timely manner with the least amount of disruption to the house throughout the project. Very happy with my new flooring. Looks great and would recommend to others.

Ripped out okd carpets in basement , stairs and top floor main bedrooms and replaced with hardwood flooring new carpets and vinyl planking in basement.

I used the services of Ottawa Flooring and Renovations twice. The work was well done and they came back for details that I wanted them to improve. They disposed of the scrap materials and left all the unused pieces I wanted to keep, asking me each time. They left the house tidy. Their price was fair, the proposal and the invoicing was swift and no bad surprise between proposal and invoice. Incremental costs were kept minimum and were well justified. The work was done as scheduled.

Were very easy and friendly to deal with, very professional. Not as pricey as other flooring installation companies. Very responsive and quick to answer any questions or emails. Every time we spoke with the owner/manager directly which speaks to their dedication and adds to the sense of work ethic that the manager oversees all aspects of the job.
