After almost two years of dealing with various companies to unsuccessfully fix a serious leak in my new house, Richard Martel & his assistant, Marie-Ange, came highly recommended, and finally resolved the issues that other companies had failed to do. Their service went above & beyond. In addition to being professional & leaving the job area in an organized & clean manner at the end of each day, Richard took the time to clearly explain the problems & his solutions in plain, easy-to-understand terms.
