I am so impressed with Maple Leaf Caulking. Nicolas was very professional on the phone right through to the end of the project. He told me about the product he was using, exactly how long it would take and what to expect. The finished product looks so nice and clean. I'm very happy with the results. Nico is the owner of Maple Lead Caulking and does the work himself. Simply put, I never thought I would find someone who is passionate about caulking; he really is!

He prides himself on doing quality work, only uses top quality caulking products (you can't find it at lowes, home depot, etc..), and the price was good. He took great care to make sure the colours of the caulking matched the windows and the colour of the house. The material used was very high quality, and better than the material I had originally. I had a very good experience with Nichols. He is highly professional and did an excellent work sealing everything. This was an urgent work as water was leaking between the angled windows. Nicholas showed right away and sealed it.
As I was also working with another contractor to replace the limestone, Nicholas agreed to come a second time without any additional cost to do complete the sealing after the limestone is installed.

Nicolas' work is excellent, careful and meticulous. There is no such thing as "good enough". Everything has to be perfect including matching caulking colors to frame, removal of all old caulking, ensuring enough replacement "stuffing" around the frames, use of highest-quality industrial caulking, finishing/smoothing at a consistent angle which makes a HUGE difference aesthetically, cleaning up along the way, etc.. On the day of the job, Nicolas began the work with color we had pre-matched and selected, but upon applying the material, he noticed that it was not as perfect a match as he expected...which meant that he terminated the work and returned the following week with material that truly was a perfect match. Most contractors would have completed the job with the excuse that the color was already pre-approved. Thank you "Nico" for your caring work, attention to detail and for taking pride in your trade. Excellent job in every respect!
