A raccoon decided to move into our attic which tore apart our soffit. I'm thankful we came across Mahamat and his company K5 Wildlife. He clearly knows what he is doing, prides himself with quality work, uses better quality materials (compared to others who offered quotes), and the work was top notch at a fair price. Mahamat also was easy to communicate with, did the work on time, etc. We know secured every possible entry point, have an exit cage to get the raccoon out, and reinforced other areas (roof venting, etc). It's refreshing to meet people who care about the work and the customer!

Stephen cleaned our vents from top to bottom. More importantly, he walked us through the process, how his tubes and lines work, and gave us tips regarding filter replacement. Thank you for your professionalism and cleaning our vents!

I got quotes from the top 5 rated roofing companies on Homestars Google Reviews, etc... C Plus offered everything I was looking for at a fair price! Now, 2 of neighbours have also signed with him. Here's a few reasons why I picked C-Plus: 1. Jacky (owner) prides himself on doing quality roofs, doesn't upsell, and is on the roof with his team the entire time 2. Every job includes a quality roof install (ridge caps, 6 nails per shingle, ice/water shield, gutter cleaning, new vents, etc...). No shortcuts! 3. C-plus includes a workmanship warranty beyond the manufacturer shingle warranty BONUS: I signed with Jacky on a Wednesday and unfortunately had a water leak Friday morning due to a severe storm. I called Jacky and he moved me up to the next business day with clear skies to replace the roof instead of waiting another week. Wow! Great Customer Service! Thank you Jacky and the C Plus Team!

Rob and his dad did a great job. I interviewed at least 4 garage door companies and by far Rob stood out. Why? He took the time to explain the job he would do, gave his recommendation of what options would work best, didn't try to upsell of anything, his price was great, etc.... Rob has been in the business for a long time and he knows his products. Also, I picked Rob because he does both the quote and install himself instead. We love our new garage door! Thanks Rob!!

Nico is the owner of Maple Lead Caulking and does the work himself. Simply put, I never thought I would find someone who is passionate about caulking; he really is! He prides himself on doing quality work, only uses top quality caulking products (you can't find it at lowes, home depot, etc..), and the price was good. Moreover, he is easily reached by phone, returns calls, and will drop by to review colour choices and give his own recommendation. I'm very happy I had Maple Leaf Caulking do my entire house. Great work!

I contacted the top five stucco companies in the GTA. All were good (as you would hope) but Aiad was the best and had a fair price. After our first phone conversation, he came by, discussed options, and sent a quote the same day by e-mail along with sample work and a complete list of references! I chose Aiad because he genuinely seemed to care about the work and is personally involved right up there on the scaffolding with his team. Also, his team was extremely clean, on time, and even after the job was done could be contacted right away. I would use him again for my next house!

I called Stack Electric based on HomeStar reviews. They came over (Kevin Tracy), reviewed my list of issues to address and gave recommendations for a sub panel I wanted in the garage (fridge, shop compressor, heater). They sent a formal quote the same night and we scheduled an appointment a few days later. They stuck to their quote, were clean, and explained a few things about my electrical setup in the house. They even did an extra 2 things I added at the last minute (e.g. external electrical socket on porch for holiday lights). Overall, I would use them again!

I called All-Can (Elvis) and he picked-up right away. We made an appointment for a few days later, he arrived on time, and replaced my missing shingles (even colour matched 100%). As he fixed the shingles, he noticed a few other issues (loose nails, broken vent, etc...) and promptly fixed it. Elvis and his team do quality work, don't cut corners, are honest, and are very fair on price. I recommend him to anyone!

As a young family moving from Quebec to Ontario, we needed to find a top quality inspector. Each time I called Michael, he answered right away. On the day of the inspection, he arrived on time, very friendly, and was more than welcoming to have me follow him asking questions along the way. He is highly detailed oriented, efficient, and has decades of experience. After the inspection, we knew the condition of the house end-to-end and had a detailed report within an hour. Simply amazing! I will only use Michael in the future.
