Nicolas did an amazing job resealing all the windows and doors, exhaust vents. He was also contracted to caulk areas where the brickwork meets flashing by the highly regarded masonry company I was using (Three Little Pigs) who were well-versed with the provincial building code (not just the lesser GTA's code). He came bright and early on a Saturday morning, was very efficient, while ensuring high quality workmanship (which shows in the finished product!).
Nicolas was also very friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions with detailed and clear explanations (which show his depth of knowledge and experience)! I have better peace of mind knowing that my house is properly sealed from the elements, using better strength & higher quality materials than the builder's materials (which had originally been sloppy in quite a few areas). I'm very happy with his work, and would definitely seek him out for any future caulking needs. I highly recommend him!
