Duradek was used by the builder on the balcony, however, wood underneath it was rotting creating a dangerous situation. I needed the work done asap and Devon put this project ahead of a much larger $$ job he had and accommodated me on a weekend. He was very meticulous, thorough and professional. He even went above and beyond expectations with a great idea that made the repair seemless - at no added cost. His price was more than reasonable and his workmanship and skill are remarkable. Devon is a perfectionist - he did not apply the product until every speck of sawdust was brushed from the floor and he took considerable time and effort to ensure a proper slope for water drainage.
