I bought a special ceiling TV mount that is on a 5 foot glider, he was amazing to call my supplier in NY to understand the tv mount, I had to cancel first installation due to DHL and he was so understanding.
Installation day - Right on time
Installation - No instructions included on my crazy TV rack, they figured it all out just looking at the parts.
Clean Up - He had his own mini vacuums and cleaned up.
