JII Fine Homes was one of the contractor's recommended by Reno Assistance. I selected them not only because their price was competitive, and their quote provided a detailed explanation of the work to be done.
Jim and his team did an excellent job renovating most of my main floor and an ensuite bathroom within a relatively short period of time. Jim was most accommodating when it came to any minor changes.
I would have no hesitation recommending JII Fine Homes, and I would definitely consider using them for any future projects.
