Lazy Boy Furniture Gallery (Whitby)

We have bought several pieces at Lazyboy through the years and they have always provided good service.
We had custom ordered a sofa and loveseat and during the next few months found that the cushions kept slipping. Because of this we kept the tags on and always had it covered when using it. After a few discussions and a representative came to the house, They returned it with full credit We then purchased another style and ended up ordering more furniture at the same time. . We love what we have now and will always buy from Lazyboy

Bought two brand new - not floor model - chairs at Lazy Boy Whitby. We have had several deliveries because the chairs were broken and had several repair visits to replace the complete mechanism systems on both chairs. Here's the kicker - they were purchased in February. It took three attempts to deliver chairs and they still were delivered defective. Our first repair appointment was within a few weeks of replacement.The company who does the repairs are excellent. Extremely professional which I can not say of Lazy Boy. The salesman led me to believe he would resolve the situation. After many conversations with both him and the sales manager he told me he would call me back and never did. Would like to stand outside the store and tell people not to buy but I am sure I would be arrested. Stay away from this outfit. There name does not represent what it once use to be. $2000 for two chairs and hours spent on waiting for them to replace and repair. They would not take the chairs back - its in their policy. Thanks for nothing.
