The biggest thing ! They bring cardboard pads for the bin to avoid scratching the driveway ! Watch out, ask if your Roofer provide them. Some of driveways with no planks or pads.

I saw Matt at the neighbours, invited him over to estimate our roof. Got the estimate that night, he ordered the shingles and new skylights immediately and everything was completely installed within one week!
The job was perfect as was the cleanup! He also cleaned our eaves troughs and resealed all the utilities on the roof. I would absolutely recommend Matts roofing.

Matt was fantastic to work with throughout the project and very communicative. The team was great and did the job to a high standard from set up to clean up. I was kept informed at all stages and am highly satisfied with the final result.

I have used Matts Roofing LTD to replace a roof a few years back for a family member & since that time I always call Matts roofing if any of my family need roof repairs and, or replacement or I have any questions about roofs. Matt is quick to respond to phone calls and text messages and always answers all of my questions. Matt is very accommodating and has always given top priority to my family when they need to get the roof repaired. There have been times where he repaired the roof without any charges. Before hiring Matt's Roofing Ltd. I spent two weeks sifting through a plethora of roofing companies making sure to look for number of years in business, HomeStar reviews, Google reviews and Facebook reviews. In that timeframe, I received six quotes from six different companies and settled on Matt's Roofing for the following reasons:

1.) He showed up to our residence with a ladder! For me, this was important because the last thing you want, when looking for a credible roofing company, is to have a sales rep show up in a Corolla with no ladder and no practical roofing experience.

2.) He analyzed the house and garage roofs but he also stepped inside of the house's attic to check on how hot it was up there. It was scorching so he made a recommendation for additional ventilation and I'm so glad he did! Three days after the initial re-roofing, our house now cools down faster in the evening and during the day, it doesn't feel like a sauna.

3.) He didn't use any high pressure sales tactics like Corolla guy did.

4.) Mathieu's quote fell into the average price range as two other of the six companies I had received quotes from and because his consultation was the most comprehensive of the three, I chose to go with Matt's Roofing.

Final result:
The roofs--The Matt's Roofing crew worked very well together and completed both roofs in the span of 9.5-10 hours, including clean-up. Our new roof looks amazingly regal and truly, like a piece of art!

The eavestroughs and downspouts--Remi and his partner arrived on day two and spent about five hours tearing down the original material and then cutting and installing the new. Although they're not like our old ones, they're good enough and will get the job done.

Sidenotes:
There were a few nails missing from our soffit/fascia (from several years prior) so I asked Mathieu if he could send Remi back to do a small paid job. Mathieu was kind enough to put in the nails himself without charging extra.

Lastly, Mathieu himself was very kind, polite, animated and incredibly humorous! His energy is contagious and his passion for this industry shows!

Matt's Roofing did an excellent and we couldn't be happier with our new roof and eavestroughs.
Matt did a great job of letting us know all of the various roofing options including capping the ridges and explained the importance of proper ventilation. He answered all of our questions and we are confident that the job was done right.
His crew were amazingly efficient and worked so well together. We really appreciated their attention to detail and how they carefully protected our property with tarps all around the house.

He quickly gave us an estimate and arrived the next morning to do the immediate repair himself, for the estimated cost. His crew then returned as soon as the weather would allow to replace our roof.
