Platinum Roofing

I cant say enough about Platinum Roofing. During the initial visit, Nick, owner of Platinum Roofing, provided full explanation and description regarding the materials and installation of new roofs for both house and garage. There was absolutely no pressure or commitment to retain Platinum Roofing. Week prior, Denise, the best office manager, called and scheduled day and time for installation. Paul, project manager, and his crew arrived promptly at the assigned time. The organization of this team was very impressive. Ground and windows were covered as precaution for any damage and falling debris. Upon completion of the work, the crew did a thorough cleanup including raking the grass a few times to ensure there were no bits of equipment, debris and nails left on the ground. Despite the heat and humidity, this crew worked without hesitation. They were without a doubt the friendliest, hard working and professional crew. There was a minor detail that required fixing, and this was done the next day. Paul couldnt stress enough, that he could be contacted at any time for any questions and concerns. I highly recommend Platinum Roofing.

We had all plywood and shingles replaced. Crews arrived promptly and thoroughly tarped and covered all surfaces where nails could fall or damage could occur (safety is essential for us, as we have kids who like to play on our grass. See photo). We also had a unique requirement where spray foam insulation needed to be applied when the roof decking was lifted (photo), which required careful coordination between Platinum and the insulation crew (Reitzel, also recommended). Owner Nick was on site and made it his personal mission to ensure that the job was done safely, smoothly, and correctly, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result (photo). Truly over and above.
