Nikos was very professional and arrived exactly when he said he would. He fixed my dishwasher promptly and explained everything to me as he went. Very happy with his service!

My washer stopped working last long weekend. I called Max appliance repair and a Eugene came within 2 hours. It was pleasure to deal with him. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was wrong and what needed to be fixed. He brought the required parts the same day and fixed my washer. I would highly recommend him.

Evgeny Kuzhi did a great job or giving me options. He was willing to install and try out a part and only if it worked (which it did) would he charge me the part cost and labour. Otherwise he would have removed the part and charge only for the diagnostic.

Thank you Evgeny K for coming out on Good Friday and repairing my Maytag washing machine. I knew there was likely some small clothes caught in the pump, but you were very thorough in looking and listening for any issues. I really hate having to rely on others to fix my problem, but I felt Evgeny was sincere and would trust him him again and recommend him. Thank you :)

Mr. Daniel did a great job diagnosing n fixing the Dryer which was making a dragging n screeching noise. His work is perfect and detailed. He is Very professional . A par excellent job done!!!! Highly recommended business !!

My dryer stopped working and I was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a reliable company to fix it.
Wow was I wrong MAX Appliance Repair came out that same night.
My technician was Nikos and what a absolute pleasure to deal with. He was friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be fixed.
I needed parts so a return visit was required,
Nikos grabbed the parts and let me know he had them and arranged to come back.
Upon his return the repair was completed and my dryer now works.

Had trouble with washing machine and stove in a rental property. The technician, Danil, was very Good, reliable and very professional. This helped as he was on time so I was not kept waiting at the property and his communication to organise an appointment made it easy.

Evgeny of Max Appliance Repair arrived at our home as scheduled. After moving our 36" GE refrigerator, he diagnosed a twin problem whereby the machine occasionally turned on, but only kept the freezer cold when it did. He kept me informed as he was working, discussing the issues regarding the three circuit boards in the machine. Two of them had become faulty. He sourced the parts and got them within an hour, and had our machine up and running. He also suggested replacing the fan motor, which had become stiff with age. We had called for service Sunday, he was there Monday morning and we were up and running Monday afternoon. Evgeny was pleasant and professional at all times, and impressed me with his knowledge. I would recommend both him and Max Appliance without hesitation.

Pros: Less than 12 hour turnaround. A technician was at my door on a Sunday and to my knowledge, they did not charge a premium for this.
Technician diagnosed the problem quickly (the drain pump in my front loading washer had broken and needed to be replaced). I would say the entire job took under 75 minutes. He was able to replace the part on the spot.

Cons: Fee was a bit steep. Part was likely charged at $149, and labour was $100/hour but there wasn't a clear breakdown on the invoice so I can only guess. There was also a sneaky 3% service charge for taking a credit card. Had I been informed of this I would have arranged for an e-Transfer instead.

Dumitru listened to my description of the problem, and then he methodically investigated the issue.
He suspected the coil but then based on my description checked and confirmed that the starter was faulty.
He fixed it quickly, put everything back together, and gave me a chance to clean up before we put it back in place.
He also explained the warranty, and what to do if it fails again.

He was very professional and I highly recommend him and MaxAppliance.
