Dishwasher would not operate, motor issues. Max repair emailed and returned my called within 30 mins. Booked a visit on a Saturday evening. Had to order the part, kept me informed about the status of the part and came back 3 days later and finished the job. Polite, professional and friendly. Satisfied with their service and work.

Our refrigerator stopped working late on a Friday and after contacting Max Appliance Repair, we had a service technician come the next morning. We found evgen to be very professional and pleasant. He carefully detailed the cause and cost of repairing the refrigerator, after which he proceeded to repair same in a very timely manner. Would not hesitate to recommend him .

One of our commercial fridges had a fan problem and a problem with an ice maker. Tom was here in under an hour on a Friday, was able to diagnose the problem and provide a quote. Was back the following Monday/Tuesday with parts for one fridge and on Thursday for the second fridge.

IIya was the technician who came out. He was very courteous, efficient and capable. He diagnosed both appliances quickly. The dishwasher required a second visit as a part was needed but that was expected. We are very happy with his service. We would definitely recommend him and Max Appliance Repair to anyone.
