Demex Decks

We hired Demex Decks to remove a standard builder deck and build a bigger one using composite. Art was very honest and gave great recommendations regarding the new build. He was on time, completed the work quickly in 3 days and made sure our backyard was cleaned before he left daily. He returned right away to make a change that we requested after the deck was complete. We are very happy with the end result and have already referred Demex Decks/Art to family and friends!

Elevated 8 feet high cedar deck floor, cedar railing with pressure treated beams, joists and posts was installed in 2003.

A third of the cedar floor boards were rotting at ends and found out later that the ledger board was rotting. Decided to install Trex Transcend Tiki Torch floor with Lava Rock border and black aluminum railing from http://www.alumarail.com/ that is manufactured to your deck measurements. Advantage of maintenance free without spending 3 days every 3 years to pressure wash, sand and stain.

Art and Andrei from Demex Decks did a high quality job for above plus install replacement ledger boards, joists and two posts (to make deck floor level). An older neighbour with multiple trades stated from his inspection that deck was high quality construction and joked that the deck would out live me in my mid fifties.

The have done really good job! By balcony looks amazing and I do not afraid any more go there. It took just 1 day to build it. Thanks a lot guys!!!

We hired Demex to revitalize our front entry due to the fact the decades old concrete steps were crumbling and looking terrible. They also built us a new set of back deck stairs to replace old unstable ones and fixed a section of fencing. In two days they changed the whole look of the front of our house with a great new set of wood steps and patio. We have had nothing but compliments for the work! Art was on time everyday, completed the work fast, stayed on budget and we are happy with the work. Both the front and back of our house look fantastic! Thanks Art!

It was a great experience. Artem & Andrey showed up as promised, no delays, worked with pretty much no breaks. Our deck is 22 ft by 21 ft and these guys did it for just 2 days.
