We hired Mick and his team to help refresh a significant portion of our home, from the basement to the second level. Mick was great when we need to add on a few items, he was also very detail oriented in his quote. Cost and the time estimates were both accurate! The team was very professional, always arriving on time and always stayed the whole day. They protected our new floors and furniture and cleaned up the site perfectly when they were done. They were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed having them in our home. The painting looks fantastic! It has brightened our space significantly. We hired Demex to revitalize our front entry due to the fact the decades old concrete steps were crumbling and looking terrible. They also built us a new set of back deck stairs to replace old unstable ones and fixed a section of fencing. In two days they changed the whole look of the front of our house with a great new set of wood steps and patio. We have had nothing but compliments for the work! Art was on time everyday, completed the work fast, stayed on budget and we are happy with the work. Both the front and back of our house look fantastic! Thanks Art!

I can not reccomend this company enough, if I could give them an 11 I would! They completely transformed our kitchen cabinets from an outdated, varnished yellow wood to a stunning white, bright and modern space. They were very competively priced, and had a super fast turn around. They picked up my cabinets the day after my quote, and had them ready in 4 days to install. They put a lot of care into protecting everything from paint, we have new appliances, counters and floors and there was not a single drop of paint anywhere. We have hired David twice now to install the a/v systems in our office. He has installed 2 projectors as well as a sound system for our meeting spaces. His installations are exceptionally professional, all the wires are tucked away and invisible and everything is placed perfectly. David really has an eye for detail and made sure the projection was in exactly the right place for optimal use. He does such a great job I had him install a TV in my house as well!

Modern Electric came highly reccomended and I am glad we used their services. Our hundred year old house looked to be properly wired at our home inspection and we thought we only needed to upgrade the electrical service but of course once we opened the walls we found some dreaded knob and tube! Mark was very knowlegeable and made sure everything unsafe was eliminated and repalced with modern wiring. The team worked really hard and got everything done in a professional and timely manner. I would definiitely use them again!

They recently moved us from our apartment to a multiple level townhome with 4 flights of stairs. Joe personally came to our house a month before the move to give us an estimate based on our belongings. They showed up early, expertly manoeuvred to our service elevator through a cramped back alley. The team very carefully moved our belongings and wrapped everything that needed protection in plastic. They got everything loaded up and moved out very fast. Once at the new house, the guys made sure to protect our floors, put everything in the proper rooms, handled the many flights of stairs and were very fast. They even took apart furniture that wouldn't properly fit and put it back together quickly and perfectly. At the end of the move there was no damage to either home, or any of our belongings! We were so pleased that Joe quoted us exactly the amount of time, and price that the move wound up being! Every other mover we approached quoted us 3-4x the price for this move. Joe was a professional and I highly recommend Europa Movers!
