Contacted them thorough their site to replace my back door / patio door.
I did get several quotes from couple other companies but I found vitally and Paul to be very honest and straight forward, they didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't want and were clear on the complete project so I didn't get any surprises.
The installation went well, the door is great.
