Calling couples of people for furnace servicing in a cold day, but people hardly could make it on Sunday morning with an emergency service. The 18-years-old furnace stopped working again during the Thanksgiving weekend. Contacted the company for a quote of replacement. The customer representative Agnes does not only provide the quote in details and but also suggested the enegery rebate program. We couldn't have saved almost $1500 from government energy efficiency rebate without her information. More importantly she was able to prioritize the installation within 2 days. She also helped schedule the energy audit at the same time. She even patiently answered our follow-up questions at night time. Although the initial installation wasn't perfect, the technician came over and fixed it once we raised the issue with Agnes. We are very impressed by their professionalism and fast responsive customer service. We would definitely recommend this company and Agnes to our family and friends in GTA.
