When my aluminum sliding doors gave up the ghost after 20+ years I looked for a reputable supplier. I zeroed in on these guys since they clearly know what they were doing and it was evident from the first communication with them. We did have a few twists and turns. First - the door was not a standard size. Second - we didn't want vinyl sheathing on the interior. Third - winter intervened and froze our back gate denying access. Fourth - the factory who did the fabrication delivered a door to Northguard that was scratched. Fifth - Northguard refused to install it. Finally the snow cleared and the day arrived for installation. I was very pleased with the quality of the door, the
professionalism of the install team and the sales manager who I dealt with through all this. I would recommend them without reservation.
