Friendly and willing. Picked up the materials for us. When the packaging didn't have the proper fitting screws, York had the extras on hand and didn't charge for the additional parts upon completing the job. York happily explained the installation and safety of our mounted TV. Looks great! I highly reccommend York and commend his professionalism.
