Excellent service! Bird-proofed the underside of my carport roof
This review is a bit overdue; last spring I had North Star Pest Control help me out with the underside of my carport roof. It had been a popular spot for birds to come and make a nest for a while, and our previous attempts of installing chicken-wire and a decoy owl proved to be unsuccessful, as the birds just chewed through it and made it their home anyways. North Star came in and cleared out the area, and installed metal sheets that have been fitted to the space itself. The communication and service was great, and we've been bird free ever since!
Additionally, later in the winter I had a problem with some racoons making a home underneath my backyard deck. I called North Star again but they were busy with other calls and appointments and wouldn't be able to take me for a couple days. But that didn't stop them from helping me out! Over the phone I was given great advice on several ways to both safely remove and deter racoons, which I followed and was able to clear them out myself. Great service!
