Stewart Building Services just completed a couple jobs for me and I am very satisfied with the job completed and the 2 crew members that were here. They arrived on time and worked very fast and efficiently, great clean up etc. It's nice to know that you can hire a service and have the job done right the first time with no hassles at all. I contacted Vince to get a quote on more work at my house and he responded within minutes. Looking forward to more dealings with this company!

the job was rushed because they had other jobs on the go, I asked numerous times for a lot to be done properly and always a no show. of course they were paid almost in full and had the nerve to blame me for their mistakes. Bathroom very poorly done. water leaks every shower and concrete slab cracked 2 months later. many other unfinished or poorly done renovations. All the renovations were done last summer and still not addressed. Shower doors were falling off glass chipped on doors, water pouring in my basement every shower and Vince tried to say it was an old water line leaking but it is not.

Before you think we paid too much, it was a 17'x 14' balcony off our kitchen covering the walkout patio below. The balcony was made 100% of cedar. We really wanted a waterproof area to sit in storms, so Vince ingeniously rigged something up, and even I stalled led pot lights underneath, and put the lights on dimmers. I found Vince on a similar website, and there he never rated less than a 5 out of 5. His crew is awesome. Very friendly, professional, tidy up after every day, and all of them took time to explain what was on. We have decided to get a custom garden she'd and a total finishing of the basement. I didn't think of ever calling another builder as I feel very confident that the work will be completed on time and on budget. Now looking back about writing this review before the end of the job, I hope that he doesn't get too busy. I should have Keshia as my own little secret.
Seriously, Vince Stewart Building Service is the best around. I would never hesitate to recommend his company! I even want to have my elderly father looked after in his building needs by Vince! Call him, you can't go wrong!!
